Retail performance wasn't tracked and there was no way to benchmark against competitors. The numbers that mattered were also scattered across systems that didn't talk: finance in the accounting package, sales in another tool, operations in the ERP. So no single report ever told the whole story.

- Power BI dashboards that track store-level performance and benchmark it against competitor data, with financial data from the accounting software pulled into the same reports as external sales and other systems. We also made sense of their ERP data and extended what it could do by integrating custom data-capture apps.
- Outcome
- Finance, sales and operations finally in one place: one trustworthy set of reports instead of stitching systems together by hand.
